Overview

Working in VeryBusy, you'll encounter three main interfaces or "views":

  1. Project Dashboard

  2. Project View

  3. Markup View

Project Dashboard

The Project Dashboard is the first screen you see when you sign up or sign in to VeryBusy. It displays all the projects you’ve created or been invited to.

For a detailed overview of the Project Dashboard, check out this article.

Project View

Below is a brief overview of Project View. For a more in-depth overview, check out this article.

To Access a Project:

  • Project View is accessed from the Project Dashboard (see above).

  • To access a project, you must either create one or be invited to one. Read this article to learn about how to create a project.

  • Projects contain two tabs:

    • Assets (i.e,. Images)

    • Documents

Images in the Project View are displayed as thumbnails that show important status information to keep you on top of what is happening inside the project.

ℹ️ See a diagram of thumbnail information here.

Workspaces & Creating Projects:

  • Workspaces and projects are independent of one another.

  • You do not need to own or be part of a workspace at all in order to collaborate a project.

    • If you signed up for a free trial, your workspace was automatically created.

    • You can also be invited to a workspace by a workspace owner.

  • You do need to be a workspace member if you want to create a project.

  • If the workspace to which the projects belong becomes inactive, projects will be suspended. You will be able to access the project, but you will not have access to any collaboration features.

  • For more details on workspaces, refer to this article.

Markup View

Markup View is instructions are made through comments and markups. Access Markup View by double-clicking an image thumbnail in Project View.

  • Comments are in the left-hand panel.

  • All markups are tied to a comment.

  • Clicking on a comment zooms to the markup on the image.

  • Compare tools live on the far right hand side of the image.

    • Click A/B compare to toggle between the current and previous round

    • Click Side-by-side compare to compare the current image with any previous round

  • To view a previous round, click the dropdown after the breadcrumbs in the dark bar at the top of the screen.
