Quickly check on the status of any project or image by glancing at the project thumbnail on your Project Dashboard or the image thumbnail within Project View.
Project Thumbnails
“New”: Indicates that a project is new and has not been opened yet.
“New Activity”: Signifies that something has occurred since you last viewed the project. This includes:
New Asset
New Round
Flagged Assets
Approved
New Comment
New Markup
New Reply
New Tasks
Comment marked as resolved
Priority Flag: Users can set this red flag to indicate that a project requires priority attention. To set it, hover over the thumbnail and click the grey flag, which will change to a static red flag visible to all collaborators.
Asset Thumbnails
Last Activity:
“New Asset”: Indicates that there is a new image that you have not yet opened.
“New Round”: Indicates that a new round of the image has been uploaded by a user. This tag will disappear once you open the image.
“New Activity”: Signifies that something has occurred since you last viewed the asset. This includes:
New Comment
New Markup
New Reply
Comment marked as resolved
Priority Flag: Users can set this flag to indicate that an image requires priority attention.
Approval Status: When an image is approved, the thumbnail will display the approved status.
Unresolved Comments and Markups: Indicates the number of comments and markups that remain incomplete.
Round Number: Displays the last round uploaded for that image.
