Perhaps you received an email invitation with a link to a project, or maybe someone sent you a project link. Clicking that link will reveal all of the assets within a project, including images and documents. The below guide was written to help you with the initial navigation of VeryBusy.
Reviewers and Approvers
Make Selects (optional)
Create and apply labels like Select, Reject, or Hold by:
Clicking “Create Label” on the image thumbnail, type the label name, and select a color for the label.
Or double-click an image to enter Markup View, where you can see the image larger, to create and apply labels. Use your right arrow key to advance to the next image.

Labels are unique to each project. Once created, they will become available to all project collaborators and can be applied to any project image. Note: if you have been assigned the "Reviewer" role, you will not be able to create a label. Read more about roles here.

Track Rounds and QA

Toggle between current and previous rounds using the Before + After button
Use the Side-by-Side Comparison tool to view any previous round next to the current round.
Click “All Comments” at the top of the comment panel to review and audit feedback from previous rounds.

Upload New Rounds
If the reviewer has an account on VeryBusy, they’ll receive an automatic notification when new rounds are uploaded.
If they don’t have an account (i.e., they accessed the project via a share link), it’s best to follow up directly to let them know the files are ready for review.
After completing your edits, return to the project and drag + drop your files into VeryBusy. You can upload layered files; VeryBusy will preview them.
Drag+drop into VeryBusy
If file names match what's in VeryBusy: The platform will automatically stack the new files on top of the originals. The round counter will increase by +1.
If file names were changed: VeryBusy will ask you whether to upload the files as a new round or as new assets. Learn more here.
Confirm Everything's Ready
Make sure all comments have been addressed and marked as resolved, and apply any status labels your stakeholders are using to indicate an image is ready for review. Labels are customizable and may vary from project to project.

Deliver Finals
Watch for approved assets in-app or via email notifications. Create a folder labeled “FINALS” or “DELIVERABLES” within the project. Inside that folder, create subfolders for each type of deliverable (e.g., Web, Print, Alt Crops), depending on what your client needs.
