Application Bar
The Application Bar is the dark bar at the top of your screen that remains visible throughout VeryBusy. It provides quick access to your project tree, profile/account, notifications, asset uploads, and breadcrumbs to track your location within the platform.
Breadcrumb Navigation
The breadcrumb navigation is displayed in the dark bar along the top of the platform interface, and it allows you to quickly see your location within the platform and within a project. Click on the breadcrumb links to jump back through folders or return to your Project Dashboard (house icon).
Notifications
Notifications keep you updated on project activity. A red dot indicates new activity. Click the bell icon to open the notifications panel, where you can browse notifications by project, filter them, and pin important ones to the top.
Upload Monitor
The upload monitor shows the progress of your active uploads. You can also cancel pending uploads from this section.
Project Dashboard
The Project Dashboard is the first screen you see when you sign up or sign in to VeryBusy. It displays all the projects you’ve created or been invited to.

Below is a brief overview of Project View. For a more in-depth overview, check out this article.
To Access a Project:
Project View is accessed from the Project Dashboard (see above).
To access a project, you must either create one or be invited to one. Read this article to learn about how to create a project.
Projects contain two tabs:
Assets (i.e,. Images)
Documents
Images in the Project View are displayed as thumbnails that show important status information to keep you on top of what is happening inside the project.

Workspaces & Creating Projects:
Workspaces and projects are independent of one another.
You do not need to own or be part of a workspace at all in order to collaborate a project.
If you signed up for a free trial, your workspace was automatically created.
You can also be invited to a workspace by a workspace owner.
You do need to be a workspace member if you want to create a project.
If the workspace to which the projects belong becomes inactive, projects will be suspended. You will be able to access the project, but you will not have access to any collaboration features.
For more details on workspaces, refer to this article.
