šŸ’”Tip: For a birds-eye view of the verybusy.io platform, check out this article.

The Essentials of Project View

Project View is a lightbox that displays all of the assetsā€“images and documentsā€“that have been uploaded to a project. It is the portal to Markup View, where comments and markups are made on the image.

Images

Images are displayed as thumbnails in the Assets tab, which is where you'll automatically land when entering a project. Thumbnails contain important information about the status of the image, including status labels and unresolved comments. For information about thumbnails, check out this article.

Documents

Documents will be displayed in the Documents tab. This feature is helpful when you have things like creative decks that you want to centralize for all project stakeholders.

Folders

Within this view, you can create folders. Folders allow you to organize your shoot however you'd like, such as by shoot date or status.

Invite Collaborators

Project View is where you invite collaborators to join in the project. Once they're invited, they too can see all of the images that were uploaded to a project. For information on the different ways you can invite someone to a project, check out this article.

Add New Rounds

From here, you can also add new rounds by dragging and dropping assets into this view. Simply drag them over the interface and release. Files with *the same filename* will be automatically stacked on to the existing image within verybusy.io, and the round number on the image thumbnail will increase by one. More here.

Access to Markup View

āš ļøŽ Note: Project collaborators are independent to the project to which they were invited; that is, they cannot access other projects on your dashboard unless you invite them, and they cannot create projects that count against your workspace's storage. For more information on project roles and workspace roles, check out this article.
