Overview of verybusy.io Sections
verybusy.io consists of three main sections:
Project Dashboard
Project View
Markup View
Project Dashboard
The Project Dashboard is the first screen you see when you sign up or sign in to verybusy.io. It displays all the projects you’ve created or been invited to. You can access it at any time by clicking the Home icon or the verybusy wordmark at the top left of the platform.
⚠️ Note: If you've been invited to a project and followed the link sent via email, you'll be directed to that specific project upon creating an account or logging in.

Project View
Projects are located in you Project View, and they are accessed from the Project Dashboard. Projects contain two tabs:
Assets (Images)
Documents
Images in the Project View are displayed as thumbnails that show important status information to keep you on top of what is happening inside the project. For more details on thumbnails and the information they display, read this article.
To Access a Project:
You must either create a project or be invited to one to access a project. For information on creating a project, read this article.
Projects become suspended and no collaboration can be done if the workspace to which the project owner belongs is no longer active.
Workspace Association & Creating Projects:
Projects are linked to Workspaces. To create a project, you must belong to a paid workspace—either by subscribing to a verybusy.io account or being invited to a paid workspace within your organization. For more details on workspaces, refer to this article.
⚠️ Note: Workspaces and projects are independent of one another. That is, you do not need to be part of a workspace at all in order to collaborate a project. You DO want to be a part of a workspace if you want to create a project.
