What do the Symbols on Thumbnails Mean?

Project Thumbnails

  • “New”: Indicates that a project is new and has not been opened yet.

  • “New Activity”: Signifies that something has occurred since you last viewed the project. This includes:

    • New Asset

    • New Round

    • Flagged Assets

    • Approved

    • New Comment

    • New Markup

    • New Reply

    • New Tasks

    • Comment marked as resolved

  • Priority Flag: Users can set this red flag to indicate that a project requires priority attention. To set it, hover over the thumbnail and click the grey flag, which will change to a static red flag visible to all collaborators.


Image Thumbnails

  • Last Activity:

    • “New Asset”: Indicates that there is a new image that you have not yet opened.

    • “New Round”: Indicates that a new round of the image has been uploaded by a user. This tag will disappear once you open the image.

    • “New Activity”: Signifies that something has occurred since you last viewed the asset. This includes:

      • New Comment

      • New Markup

      • New Reply

      • Comment marked as resolved

  • Priority Flag: Users can set this flag to indicate that an image requires priority attention.

  • Approval Status: When an image is approved, the thumbnail will display the approved status.

  • Unresolved Comments and Markups: Indicates the number of comments and markups that remain incomplete.

  • Round Number: Displays the last round uploaded for that image.
