Everyone who uses VeryBusy, except those invited to a project by share link, are automatically receive an account on VeryBusy. This is where you manage your personal preferences. It is separate from Workspaces, which are created when you start a trial or subscribe to a VeryBusy plan (more here).
Once your account is created, you can:
add an avatar
enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
set your notification preferences
To access your account:
Click on your avatar at the top right of the VeryBusy interface
Click Settings
On the left-hand vertical menu, click the first option, which is titled My account and will have your email directly below
