Dark Mode swaps the VeryBusy interface to a darker theme, which can be easier on the eyes during late-night reviews, color-critical work, and/or long stretches of feedback.
Available in all plans, for all users with a VeryBusy account.
How to turn it on
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
Open Profile → Appearance
Toggle ON to enable Dark Mode
💡 Tip: You can change to Dark Mode from any screen, fast and easy to adapt to specific images at any moment. Reviewing, commenting, comparing, etc.
4. You can also update theme preferences from Profile → Settings → My Account Preferences tab
Note: Your preference is saved to your account and persists across sessions and devices.
What it covers
Dark Mode applies to the entire VeryBusy web app — dashboards, projects, markup view, settings.
Who can use it
Available to anyone with a VeryBusy account — Owners, Managers, Editors, and Reviewers. Guest collaborators using a no-account-required link don't have a profile, so they don't have access to the toggle. They can create a free account to enable it.
Disabling dark mode
Same path: Profile → Appearance → toggle off to select Light Mode.
