Add someone to your workspace to grant them the ability to create projects within your workspace. Keep in mind: anyone you add to your workspace can create projects that count toward your workspace's storage quota (how to check quota here).
Workspace members will only have access to projects they've created within the workspace.
To add a new member:
Log in and click on your avatar at the top right, and select Settings.
Click on the workspace to which you want to add a member.
Navigate to the Members tab.
Click the Invite Members button.
The new member will receive an email letting them know they have been added to the workspace. If they do not already have a VeryBusy account, they will be prompted to create one. An account holds the individual's contact information and security and notification settings.
