Custom branding allows workspaces to reflect their company identity across key client-facing touchpoints. Account Owners can upload a logo that will be displayed across the platform—providing a professional, consistent brand experience.

Who Can Use This Feature
Custom branding is available exclusively to workspaces on the Team Plan. Only the Account Owner can access and modify branding settings.
How to Set it Up
Go to Workspace Settings
Under General tab, go to Workspace Logo section.
Upload your logo
Preview how it looks on our dark blue background
Click Save
Note: If no logo is uploaded, the default VeryBusy branding will remain in place.
Where Your Logo Will Appear
Once uploaded, your logo will automatically appear in the following locations:
Individual project views (for all users invited to the project)
Share link sign-up page
Project invite sign-up page
View-only project view
Project email notifications (for project invites and activity updates).
Including sender name, subject lines and logo in email body.
Note: If you apply your workspace logo branding, the email sender names and subject lines will include the Workspace Name.
In the main project dashboard, VeryBusy default branding is removed.

Logo File Requirements
To ensure your logo displays correctly across all branded surfaces, please follow these guidelines:
File type: PNG or SVG
Aspect ratio: Horizontal (recommended width-to-height ratio 4:1)
Maximum file size: 500KB
Color: Use high-contrast colors; white logos work best on dark backgrounds.
Managing Your Branding
Optional: Uploading a logo is not required.
Need to switch back? You may revert to the default VeryBusy branding at any time by clicking the Restore to Default button in Workspace Settings > General > Workspace Logo.
