How Revision Round Tracking Works

Updated this week

VeryBusy automatically stacks revision rounds uploaded to a project on existing images within the project using the filename. This keeps projects organized effortlessly, and it allows reviewers to easily QC revisions (read more about QC tools here).

When a revision round is uploaded, the round count displayed on the image thumbnail (see below) increases +1. This is visible to all project members.

When uploading, if the filename has been appended or the filetype has changed, you will be asked if you wish to upload the revisions as new assets or new rounds. See more about how this works here.

You cannot manually modify the round counter, but you can delete the last round uploaded if you were the one who uploaded it. Read about how to do that here.

If you're creating a new project, you will be asked which round you're starting with, R0 or R1.

  • R0: Unretouched images

  • R1: The first round of retouching
