Cancelling Your Paid Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you can reactivate it whenever you choose.
What will happen when I cancel?
Upon cancelling your workspace's account, you and your team will retain access to all of your projects, but collaboration tools will be blocked. You can still collaborate in projects under other active workspaces.
To cancel your subscription:
Login to verybusy.io, and click your initials or avatar at the top right of the interface
Click on the Workspace you want to cancel.
Click on the Billing tab.
Click "Cancel Subscription."
Once you confirm your cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation.
⚠︎ Important: Only workspace owners can manage subscriptions.
