If you're nearing the end of your trial and have been invited to collaborate on a project, here's everything you need to know about accessing projects and workspace requirements.

What Happens When My Trial Ends?

When your trial ends, you will no longer be able to create new projects. However, you can still collaborate on any projects you’ve been invited to. Once you upgrade to a paid workspace or are added as a member of one, you’ll regain the ability to create new projects.

How Do I Know if I Am Part of a Paid Workspace?

When you attempt to create a project, active/paid workspaces you're part of will appear as options.

Accessing Projects You're Invited To

Any projects you've been invited to will automatically appear on your dashboard as long as you're logged in with the same email address used for the invitation. No need to worry about workspace membership or trial status—your access to collaborate on shared projects remains intact.

The only caveat is the workspace to which the project belongs must be active; otherwise, the project will appear as suspended.

Accessing Projects You've Created

Any projects you created will appear as suspended; you will not be able to enter them. To reactivate the projects, you will need to subscribe to a verybusy.io plan. You will still be able to download the latest round.

Do I Need to Be in a Paid Workspace to Collaborate?

No, being part of the project is all you need to collaborate. You don’t need to be part of a paid workspace to continue working on a shared project so long as the project is part of a paid workspace (otherwise, the project will appear as suspended).
