Pricing Plans
We offer three pricing tiers to suit your needs:
Pro Plan: our foundational plan, for individuals and small teams.
Studio Plan: more workflow features for larger teams and organizations
Enterprise Plan: for larger organizations needing custom workflow and feature integration, SSO with SCIM provisioning (Okta and Microsoft Entra ID), an enterprise SLA, priority support with a designated account manager, and access to our SOC 2 report. Enterprise plans are annual contracts billed by invoice — contact enterprise@verybusy.io.
Plans are charged by the seat (e.g., workspace owner + one coworker = 2 seats). There is no seat floor or ceiling.
Reviewers are free and unlimited in every project. They can comment, markup, and approve. Editors new to projects in a workspace can work without needing a seat assigned for up to 30 days.
Pro and Studio are available for purchase on an annual basis. You can add and remove seats on an annual or monthly basis. Storage space can be increased by 250 GB for $15/mo.
