Pricing Plans
We offer three pricing tiers to suit your needs:
Pro Plan: Ideal for individuals and small teams.
Studio Plan: Designed for larger and growing teams.
Enterprise Plan: For larger organizations — everything in Studio, plus custom workflow and feature integration, SSO with SCIM provisioning (Okta and Microsoft Entra ID), an enterprise SLA, priority support with a designated account manager, and access to our SOC 2 report. Enterprise plans are annual contracts billed by invoice — contact enterprise@verybusy.io.
Pro and Studio are available for purchase on an annual basis and can be expanded by adding more seats as needed. You can also increase your storage space for added flexibility.
Seats, updated since Aug 1, 2026:
There's no longer a seat cap on the Pro plan, and no more 2-seat minimum on the Studio plan.
You can add seats on a monthly or annual basis, regardless of whether your own plan is billed monthly or annually. This is useful for seasonal spikes or short-term help, add monthly seats for a busy stretch, then let them lapse.
Starting August 1, 2026, the Editor role requires a paid seat (previously free). See Paid Seats for Editors for details.
