Workspace Overview

Workspaces are the container that house members and projects. When you subscribe to verybusy.io, you are subscribing a workspace.

How to locate your workspace (or any workspaces of which you are a part):

  1. Click your initials or avatar at the top right of the verybusy.io interface

  2. Click "Settings"

  3. Locate the workspaces listed either under "My Workspace" or "Other Workspaces" along the left-hand side of the interface.

  4. Click on the workspace name.

If you have joined verybusy.io to collaborate in a project and now want to subscribe to verybusy.io to make projects of your own, follow these steps:

  1. Click your initials or avatar at the top right of the verybusy.io interface

  2. Click "Settings"

  3. Navigate to "My Workspace" along the left-hand side of the interface

  4. Click to activate the workspace

You will begin with a 30-day free trial, after which you can sign up for one of verybusy.io's plans.

My Workspace

This is the workspace that you own. It was created upon signing up for verybusy.io. As a workspace owner, you can subscribe the workspace to a plan, which will make it possible for you to create projects.

As a workspace owner, you have control over workspace membership, projects, and storage. For more information on managing workspaces, check out this article.

Other Workspaces

These are workspaces to which you have been invited to be a member. As a member, you can create projects that count against the workspace's storage quota. Workspace Members manage groups and labels, and leave the workspace. For more information, check out this article.

👉Quick note: Project Collaborators do not become Workspace Members when they are invited to a project, and they therefore cannot make projects that count against your storage quota. Their interaction with verybusy.io is limited to the project they were invited to (unless they're part of your workspace already) and their own workspace if they have one.
