Workspace Management
On verybusy.io, Workspace Owners have greater permissions to manage billing, projects, and member access, while Members can create projects and manage collaborator groups and labels. Access workspace settings by logging in and selecting the workspace from the settings menu.
⚠︎ Note: Workspace Owners and Members have slightly different levels of access. Members have fewer permissions than Owners.
Workspace Owners Can:
Plan Tab:
Change the plan, add a seat, increase workspace storage, or cancel the subscription.
Billing Tab:
Manage billing information, update payment methods, and view invoices.
Projects Tab:
Add more storage, create new projects, invite collaborators to existing projects, share a review link, or leave a project.
Collaborator Groups:
Create and edit default collaborator groups to streamline project creation by avoiding the need to retype frequent collaborators.
Label Groups:
Create and edit default label groups that can be applied within projects.
Members Tab:
View all available seats within the workspace plan.
Invite new members to the workspace.
General Tab:
Change the workspace avatar.
Edit the workspace name.
Transfer workspace ownership to someone else in the workspace.
Delete the workspace (this action deletes all projects and collaborators).
Workspace Members Can:
Plan Tab:
Create a project, invite collaborators to an existing project, share a review link, or leave a project.
Collaborator Groups:
Create and edit default groups to quickly add regular collaborators when creating new projects.
Label Groups:
Create and edit default labels that can be applied inside a project.
General Tab:
Leave the workspace.
How to Access Workspace Settings:
Log into your verybusy.io account.
Click on your avatar at the top right of the screen.
Select Settings.
Choose a workspace from the list on the left.
