VeryBusy uses a small number of trusted third-party companies to help us deliver our service. Some of these companies process personal data on our behalf. These companies are called subprocessors.
This page lists our current subprocessors and what each one does. We maintain it as the single source of truth, and it is referenced by our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement.
Current subprocessors
These providers process personal data contained in customer Workspaces on our behalf, and are the Approved Subprocessors under our Data Processing Agreement.

Website analytics and advertising providers
These providers help us understand how our website and application are used, deliver product messaging, and measure and deliver advertising. Analytics and product-messaging providers run on our public website and in the VeryBusy application. Advertising providers run only on our public website (verybusy.io) and do not load inside the authenticated VeryBusy application. They process information about visitors and users of our own Service, not the Content inside customer Workspaces, and their use is described in our Cookie Policy. Where required by law, non-essential providers load only after you consent through our cookie banner.

How we manage subprocessors
Before engaging a subprocessor, we review its security and privacy practices and put a written agreement in place requiring data protection obligations substantially the same as those we commit to with our own customers. We remain responsible to our customers for the work our subprocessors perform.
Changes to this list
We update this page whenever we add or replace a subprocessor, and we will notify customers in writing at least 10 business days before any addition or replacement takes effect, as required by our Data Processing Agreement. Customers then have 30 days to object as described in the DPA.
