Which Role Fits Your Needs?

  • Managing your workspace, users and billing? → Workspace Owner

  • Need full project management control? → Workspace Manager

  • Working with retouchers, photographers or external people → Editors

  • Just need quick feedback without sign-up? → Reviewer

By assigning the right roles, you can streamline your workflow and keep projects moving efficiently.

Ways of inviting people to your project

In Workspace Settings, Owners can add additional paid seats for Managers.

Both Owners and Managers are the only type of users who can create and manage projects and user roles.

Managers need to be added to collaborate in each project. Can quickly do it by selecting the checkbox when creating projects.

To invite other people to collaborate and be part of a specific project you have 2 options from the Share Modal.

All people invited to the project will have role assigned to them in the moment of inviting them. These roles can be edited from the People tab in the Share Modal or Project Settings. You can also delete users to revoke access.
