Here are some reasons why your image(s) may not be displaying correctly.
Unsupported File Type
To see what VeryBusy supports, click here. If you upload something other than what is supported, your image may display incorrectly. RAW is currently in beta.
If your filetype is not supported and you'd like for it to be, please email support@verybusy.io.
Channel Masks
If you are uploading a layered file (.psd, .tif, etc) containing channel masks, your image may display incorrectly. To resolve the problem, remove the channel mask from the file and reupload.
