Your assets are always secure and protected so that you can work without concern.

Inviting Collaborators

When you invite someone to verybusy.io as a collaborator (by inviting them via email address from the "Share Project" modal in the app), they must have a verybusy.io account and complete email verification.

โ—๏ธ Please note that inviting someone as a guest via a project share link (no-account collaboration) could allow unwanted users access to your project, as anyone with the link will have access. Only send project share links to those you want to have access to a project and never post a share link publicly.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

For fast and secure account creation and sign-in, we offer Microsoft and Google single sign-on (SSO). This allows you to use your Microsoft or Google credentials to access your verybusy.io account.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

For an additional layer of protection, we offer the option for two-factor authentication (2FA) through the security tab in profile settings. However, if users have signed up for a verybusy.io account via Google or Microsoft SSO, 2FA is not accessible as the login is managed by the Google or Microsoft account.

For any concerns regarding account security or for more information about verybusy.io's security practices, please reach out to support@verybusy.io.
