What thumbnail notifications mean in VeryBusy

Quickly check on the status of any project by glancing at project or image thumbnails.

Project Thumbnails

  • “New”: a project is new, and you haven’t opened it yet

  • "New Activity": something has happened since you looked into it. (New Activity means: New Asset, New Round, Flagged Assets, Approved, New Comment, New Markup, New Reply, New Tasks, Comment marked as resolved)

  • Priority Flag: A user can set this red flag to indicate a project should receive priority attention. To set it, hover over the thumbnail and click the grey flag. It will change to a static red flag visible to all collaborators.

Asset Thumbnails

  • New Asset”: this asset notification indicates that there is a new image you have not yet opened.

  • New Round”: this asset notification indicates a new round of the image has been uploaded by a user. The tag will disappear once you have opened the image.

  • "New Activity": this asset notification something has happened since you looked into it. (New Activity means: New Comment, New Markup, New Reply, Comment marked as resolved)

  • Priority Flag: A user can set this flag to indicate an image should receive priority attention.

  • Approval status: this asset notification when an image is approved, the thumbnail will display the approved status.

  • Unresolved comments and markups: will indicate the number of comments/markups that haven't been completed yet.

  • Round number: will indicate the last round uploaded for that image.
