Suspended Workspace
If your workspace has been suspended, the first step is to check your billing information. Ensure that your card details are accurate and that the card has not expired.
View and Update Billing Information:
Log into verybusy.io and click on your avatar or initials at the top right of the screen.
Select the Workspace from the left panel.
Click on the Billing tab.
Click the Edit button to update your information.
You will receive an email notification if your account is suspended.
