Downloading Images and Entire Projects

Downloading Project Images

At some point, you may want to download the entire contents of a project or a specific group of images. Please note that any project collaborator can download a project or its assets.


Downloading Entire Projects

  1. Select Project Thumbnail:

    • From your Project Dashboard, choose the project you wish to download.

  2. Initiate Download:

    • Click the Download icon that appears at the bottom of the screen.


Downloading Images from Project View (inside a project)

  1. Select the Image(s):

    • Click on the thumbnail of the image you want to download.

    • To select multiple images, hold Ctrl/Cmd and click on additional thumbnails.

  2. Download the Image(s):

    • At the bottom-center of the interface, click the Download icon, or right-click and select Download.

  3. Customize Your Download:

    • For a single image: You can choose to download all rounds if multiple rounds exist.

    • For multiple images: Choose whether to append the file number to the downloaded files.
      ⚠️ Note: When uploading newly edited images, ensure the filenames match to stack neatly on the existing files in verybusy.io.

    • Select the Image Size:

      • Original: Exact size and dimensions of the file uploaded to verybusy.io.

      • Low Res Image: sRGB JPG, 72 DPI, 2500 px on the long edge (ideal for FPOs in design documents).

  4. Click Download.


Downloading from Markup View

  1. Download the Image:

    • At the bottom-center of the interface, click Download.

  2. Customize Your Download:

    • Rounds Option: You can choose to download all rounds if multiple rounds exist.

    • Round Number Option: Choose whether to append the file number to the downloaded files.
      ⚠️ Note: When uploading newly edited images, ensure the filenames match to stack neatly on the existing files in verybusy.io.

    • Select the Image Size:

      • Original: Exact size and dimensions of the file uploaded to verybusy.io.

      • Low Res Image: sRGB JPG, 72 DPI, 2500 px on the long edge (ideal for FPOs in design documents).

  3. Click Download.
