Downloading Project Images
At some point, you may want to download the entire contents of a project or a specific group of images. Please note that any project collaborator can download a project or its assets.
Downloading Entire Projects
Select Project Thumbnail:
From your Project Dashboard, choose the project you wish to download.
Initiate Download:
Click the Download icon that appears at the bottom of the screen.
Downloading Images from Project View (inside a project)
Select the Image(s):
Click on the thumbnail of the image you want to download.
To select multiple images, hold Ctrl/Cmd and click on additional thumbnails.
Download the Image(s):
At the bottom-center of the interface, click the Download icon, or right-click and select Download.
Customize Your Download:
For a single image: You can choose to download all rounds if multiple rounds exist.
For multiple images: Choose whether to append the file number to the downloaded files.
⚠️ Note: When uploading newly edited images, ensure the filenames match to stack neatly on the existing files in verybusy.io.Select the Image Size:
Original: Exact size and dimensions of the file uploaded to verybusy.io.
Low Res Image: sRGB JPG, 72 DPI, 2500 px on the long edge (ideal for FPOs in design documents).
Click Download.
Downloading from Markup View
Download the Image:
At the bottom-center of the interface, click Download.
Customize Your Download:
Rounds Option: You can choose to download all rounds if multiple rounds exist.
Round Number Option: Choose whether to append the file number to the downloaded files.
