Application Bar Overview

The Application Bar is the dark bar at the top of your screen that remains visible throughout your navigation in verybusy.io. It provides quick access to your profile/account, notifications, asset uploads, and breadcrumbs to track your location within the platform.

Breadcrumb Navigation

The breadcrumb navigation is displayed in the dark bar along the top of the platform interface, and it allows you to quickly see your location within the platform and within a project. Click on the breadcrumb links to jump back through folders or return to your Project Dashboard (house icon).

Notifications

Notifications keep you updated on project activity. A red dot indicates new activity. Click the bell icon to open the notifications panel, where you can browse notifications by project, filter them, and pin important ones to the top.

Upload Monitor

The upload monitor shows the progress of your active uploads. You can also cancel pending uploads from this section.

User Settings

Access your personal profile and account settings by clicking on your initials or avatar located at the top right of the platform, in the dark bar.

Profile

By clicking on "Settings", you are taken right to your personal profile.

  • There, you can:

    • Add or change your avatar.

    • Update your name or email.

    • Change your password.

    • Set how frequently you receive notifications about project activity (e.g., daily, hourly, or for every action).

Workspaces

Workspaces are located along the left side of the Settings view that you accessed by clicking your avatar or initials depending on if you have an avatar set.

Workspaces are divided into two sections:

  1. My Workspace: if you started a trial with verybusy.io, you were assigned a workspace.

  2. Other Workspaces: these are workspaces to which you have been invited to be a member and therefore create projects that count against that workspace's storage.

Under My Workspace, you can manage the plan you're on, billing details, all projects associated with your workspace, members, and general details about your workspace, such as its name.

Under Other Workspaces, you can see all projects on which you are a collaborator, you can create collaborator groups and label groups that fellow workspace members can load into projects that they create, and you can leave the workspace via the "General' tab.
