Accessing and Managing Project Settings

How to find Project Settings and what you can do when you get there.

Updated over 2 months ago

Project Settings give you the power to manage project information, such as name and end date, as well as Project Membership and Project Ownership. You can also leave a project here.

From Inside a Project

To access a project's settings from inside a project, click on the three-dot-menu next to the blue "Share Project" button. A modal will open. See below.

From your Project Dashboard

To access project settings from your Project Dashboard, either right click on the project thumbnail or click the three-dot-menu on the thumbnail, then select "Settings".

In Project Settings, you can:

  • Project Information: View or edit the project name, description, start/end date, and client name.

  • Permissions: Customize reviewer role permissions. Enable/Disable downloads and previous rounds comment visibility.

  • People: View or manage current project collaborators roles and invite new ones.

  • Transfer Ownership: If you're the Project Owner, you can transfer ownership to another collaborator. Note that the collaborator must be part of a paid workspace; if they are not, their name will appear greyed out in the list.

  • Leave a Project: If you're the Project Owner and wish to leave the project, you'll be prompted to transfer ownership to someone else before you can exit.
