To create a project, follow these steps:

1. Click on the “Create a Project” button on your "My Projects" dashboard.

2. Fill out the information in the “Create New Project" modal.

  • Project Name: name your project

  • Start and End date: set the start and end dates of your project. The end date is strictly informational and can be viewed in project settings.

  • Where are you starting?: Tell VeryBusy to start the automatic round counter at 0 or 1 Note: every time a new round of the same image (must have same filename) is uploaded, image's round counter will increase +1. Read more here.

3. Upon clicking “Create Project”, you will be taken into the project where you’ll upload images.

Either drag and drop images on to the project, or click the blue plus-sign next to the project name.

ℹ️ VeryBusy accepts: tif, jpg, png, psd, psb, dng, *cr2, *nef, *arw, indd, ai, doc, docx, csv, xls, xlsx, pdf, txt, and gif. *Beta

ℹ️ Depending on the filetype, uploads will be deposited in the "Assets" tab or the "Documents" tab. Assets include common image filetypes, such as jpg, tiff, psd, psb, and png.

4. Now, invite your collaborators!

Click on the blue icon at the top right area of the screen. Enter their email and an optional brief message. The recipient will receive an email inviting them to join the project. If they do not already have a VeryBusy profile, they will be asked to create one. Once their profile is created, your collaborator will be taken directly into the project.
