Flat View Mode allows you to display the entire contents of a folder, including its subfolders, in a single, unified view. This means you don’t need to navigate into each subfolder individually—everything is displayed in one place, making it much easier to filter, find, and manage assets.
Key Benefits:
View all assets across subfolders in one unified view, without needing to navigate through each folder.
Streamlined filtering and sorting options help you quickly find the assets you need.
Faster management of assets, from downloading to editing.
How to Use Flat View Mode:
Activate Flat View Mode: In your project workspace, click the Flat View Mode button located in the project bar. This will display all assets from the selected folder and its subfolders in a single, un-nested view.
Filter and Sort: Use the available filter and sort options to find assets faster. You can filter by labels, mentions, unresolved comments, and more, to quickly find all assets without navigating to each subfolder.
Perform Allowed Actions: Once you have filtered or selected the assets you need, you can perform various actions, such as:
Select multiple assets for batch actions.
Download selected assets.
Change labels for easier asset identification.
Adjust priority to prioritize certain assets.
Approve or reject assets with a click.
Delete the last round of assets, if needed.
Filter assets by various criteria (e.g., tags, status).
Sort assets based on different attributes (e.g., name, date).
Navigate in Markup View to see asset details and annotations without needing to navigate to each subfolder.
While Flat View Mode makes managing your assets faster and easier, there are a few limitations:
You cannot drag and drop assets since they are not displayed in their original folder structure.
Assets cannot be moved or uploaded while in Flat View Mode, as this view does not support those actions. Just exit this mode, and move and upload as normal!
