How Workspaces Function in VeryBusy

Workspaces allow for easy account management for your organization

in order to start a project on VeryBusy's platform, you must be a member of a workspace. That workspace may be your own or you may be invited as a member of someone else's workspace.

If you signed up for VeryBusy on your own:

When you sign up for VeryBusy, after your trial period, you will have the option to pay for your workspace and thus the ability to continue creating projects.

If you signed up for VeryBusy because you were invited to collaborate in a project:

If you were invited to VeryBusy to participate as a collaborator in a project, you will have the option to activate your own workspace, create your own projects and invite others to your workspace.

ℹ️ Keep in mind, your project collaborators do not need to be members of your workspace unless you want them to be able to create projects using your subscription.

Other Workspaces

It's possible for you to both have your own workspace and be a member in another workspace. You become a member of another workspace when someone invites you to participate in their workspace. Any workspaces you are a member of will appear below your own on the left panel in your account settings.
