Cancelling Your Paid Subscription
You can cancel your VeryBusy subscription at any time, and you can reactivate it anytime.
What will happen when I cancel?
Upon cancelling your workspace's account, you and your team will retain access to all of your projects but collaboration tools will be blocked. You can still collaborate in projects under other active workspaces.
To cancel your subscription:
Sign in and go to your Account Settings
Click on the Workspace you want to cancel
Click on the Billing tab
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Once you confirm your cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation.
